This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise fraud management solutions utilizing NICE Actimize, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.

• Take ownership of complete technical delivery throughout the SDLC, encompassing requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Convert business and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable technical solutions.

• Offer technical leadership through architecture reviews, code evaluations, design validations, and mentoring of development teams.

• Propel platform modernization, CI/CD adoption, performance enhancement, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering, including technical leadership in Banking, Financial Services, Fraud Prevention, Risk Management, or Financial Crime Compliance sectors.

• Strong practical expertise with NICE Actimize, Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, REST APIs, Microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.

• Advanced understanding of Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.

• Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions.

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures.

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins.

• Experience with API Management platforms like Apigee.

• Knowledge of observability tools such as Splunk or AppDynamics.

• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Intermediate to Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.
