Principal Technical Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Establish the technical strategy and vision for cross-functional projects involving the Cortex platform.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and clients to foster innovation and ensure secure, scalable adoption.

• Provide counsel to executive leaders, including CISOs, security executives, and cloud leaders.

• Oversee intricate technical engagements related to Cortex architecture, deployment, integrations, scalability, and security strategy.

• Convert customer challenges into product requirements and impact product strategy and roadmap decisions.

• Cultivate extensive expertise in XSIAM, XDR, XSOAR, Cortex Cloud/CNAPP, detection and response, AI Security, Agentic AI, and MCP.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing teams.

• Create reusable architectures, playbooks, troubleshooting methodologies, best practices, and technical enablement resources.

• Mentor and uplift technical professionals.

• Monitor competitive products and emerging capabilities, providing valuable insights to leadership and Product Management.

• In-depth technical expertise in cybersecurity and cloud technologies.

• Extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives in dynamic environments.

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects and strategic enterprise clients concurrently.

• Exceptional professional presence and confidence in advising practitioners through to C-level executives.

• Ability to address complex challenges and develop scalable solutions.

• Comprehensive knowledge of product, market, and competitive aspects, including AI Security and Agentic AI.

• Strong work ethic, integrity, and organizational discipline.

• Extensive experience collaborating with strategic enterprise clients and major cloud infrastructure providers.

• Solid background in SOAR, XSIAM, XDR, or CNAPP technologies.

• Proven expertise in securing contemporary cloud platforms and application architectures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional presentation skills at the executive level.
