• A degree from an engineering institution or a university-level computer science program, or equivalent qualifications.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.

• Demonstrated autonomy and technical expertise within a Java environment.

• Experience in leading a team of developers, emphasizing mentorship and the professional advancement of team members.

• In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks, especially Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle.

• Capability to thrive in Agile settings and V-Model development methodologies.

• Responsible utilization of generative AI tools for specific design, development, or code review tasks, while maintaining the quality of deliverables.
