Technical Interior Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and manage comprehensive Revit-based interior documentation throughout all phases of the project (2–5).

• Design technical drawing packages that encompass GA plans, layouts, RCPs, elevations, sections, and custom joinery details.

• Prepare and oversee FF&E and OS&E schedules, specifications, and asset registers.

• Ensure documentation is appropriate for tendering, procurement, and construction purposes.

• Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior design teams within shared BIM environments.

• Assist in the technical resolution of materials, finishes, furniture systems, and custom interior components.

• Facilitate FF&E/OS&E procurement documentation, sample tracking, and product approvals.

• Ensure that all solutions adhere to standards of durability, performance, maintenance, and luxury hospitality.

• Uphold consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.

• 8–15 years of experience in interior architectural design.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Expertise in Revit (Architectural).

• Experience in hospitality or residential projects, such as villas, hotels, and resorts.

• Strong understanding of materials, structural components, detailing, and documentation processes.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
