This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Operate across the southwestern region of Paraná, ensuring the effective execution of sewing and finishing production processes through guidance.

• Identify when materials need to be replaced due to loss or damage.

• Oversee the sewing and finishing objectives set by Sourcing leadership alongside service providers.

• Address inquiries related to engineering and patternmaking procedures.

• Provide service providers with recommendations on acceptable quality standards.

• Manage production metrics (Sewing/Finishing Turnover) and quality metrics (rework, second-quality items, and unpackaged items) in collaboration with service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school education.

• Familiarity with sewing and patternmaking techniques.

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Possession of a Category B driver's license.
