Technical Inside Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Identify new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads.

• Respond to inbound inquiries from the website, phone calls, customer referrals, and construction site databases.

• Conduct outbound cold calls and send emails to potential business partners.

• Gather comprehensive information regarding customer needs and requirements.

• Collaborate closely with channel partners to sustain, enhance, and exchange best practices.

• Direct qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

• Utilize the CRM system to convert generated leads into business partnerships.

• Execute related tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

• Progress toward future positions such as outside sales representative, account manager, or manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• At least 1 year of sales experience.

• A minimum of 1 year of proven inside sales experience OR the ability to showcase strong customer service skills.

• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to regularly access and operate phones, computers, copiers, and other general office equipment.

• Capacity to lift up to 20 pounds unassisted occasionally.

• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.

• Must be willing to work evenings and varying schedules as required.
