This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage potential customers within TimberHP's target markets via phone, email, digital outreach, referrals, and virtual events.
• Establish targeted prospect lists and foster relationships with insulation contractors, builders, lumberyards, and building-material distributors.
• Create qualified meetings and opportunities for Territory Sales Managers.
• Reconnect with prospects who have become unresponsive.
• Manage inbound leads from initial inquiry through qualification.
• Assess prospect needs, timing, and sales potential.
• Maintain consistent follow-up until opportunities progress, transfer, or close.
• Collaborate remotely with field Territory Sales Managers on market blitzes, product launches, and account campaigns.
• Build and sustain a measurable CRM pipeline with accurate data and defined next steps.
• Acquire product knowledge across TimberFill, TimberBatt, and TimberBoard.
• Assist in the introduction and expansion of TimberHP wood fiber insulation throughout North America.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset with enduring tenacity.
• Self-motivated and comfortable initiating contact with new prospects daily.
• Persistent and disciplined follow-up practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn about a technical product.
• Ability to work towards measurable sales targets in a remote and independent environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of inside sales, business development, or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in managing opportunities through a CRM system.
• Background in building materials, insulation, construction, or distribution industries is advantageous.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home workspace conducive to phone and video-based selling.
• Ability to travel occasionally, approximately 10–15%, for trade shows, sales meetings, or team events.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel.
