Inside Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales team in reaching their sales objectives.

• Oversee the assigned sales team pipeline by monitoring and interacting with leads, opportunities, and sales developments.

• Help in the preparation of customer proposals for Precor products.

• Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, providing information regarding products and services.

• Keep precise records of customer contacts and accounts.

• Utilize CRM software to monitor sales activities and report on KPIs.

• Aid in coordinating customer order processing with the Order Management and Install Coordination teams.

• Work together with logistics, finance, and production teams to fulfill customer needs and enhance sales operations.

• Participate in discussions aimed at improving processes to strengthen customer relationships and experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in sales, customer service, or a comparable support role.

• Proficient in customer-facing communication through phone and email.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.

• Effective and proactive communication with stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach and a dedication to delivering high-quality service.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Skilled in managing conflicting priorities.

• Direct experience supporting an external sales team and/or background in the fitness industry is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in CRM software, ideally Salesforce.

• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
