Inside Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with homeowners via telephone

• Schedule qualified appointments for in-home Design Consultants

• Arrange 8–10 qualified appointments each day

• Conduct over 200 calls daily

• Manage both inbound and outbound calls

• Adhere to a structured script while maintaining a natural conversation flow

• Establish rapport quickly

• Professionally address objections

• Connect homeowners with Design Consultants for in-home consultations regarding window and door replacements

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dynamic customer-facing, sales, service, call center, appointment-setting, or phone-based position

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Demonstrated capability to meet or surpass targets

• Comfort in engaging customers over the phone

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting

• Positive, collaborative attitude

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST on weekdays and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekends

• Availability for either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday work schedules
