This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategically plan and implement Intuitive product deployments on schedule, encompassing Intuitive Hub, Intuitive Ion, and SimNow.
• Coordinate activities between customers and the Intuitive project team for new Hub and Ion installations, expansions, and upgrades.
• Verify that customer and sales-team prerequisites are met.
• Ensure adherence to existing implementation processes, making improvements or developing new procedures where necessary.
• Confirm that quality systems and project documentation are finalized.
• Clearly and promptly communicate project status, critical path, issues, risks, and upcoming steps to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist clinical and IT teams of customers in initiating, planning, scheduling, executing, and concluding projects within the specified time and budget.
• Assemble and coordinate multifunctional project teams, define scope and timelines, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.
• Provide regular updates to EU senior leadership regarding activities, project status, and implementation forecasts.
• Act as the liaison between customers and Intuitive implementation teams, with a primary focus on Italy and Spain.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A background in engineering, life sciences, or medicine is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management is required.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a similar qualification is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to coordinate multifunctional teams within a matrix structure effectively.
• Proven ability to drive task completion, hold team members accountable, and identify potential issues proactively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
• Preferred knowledge of IT and network systems.
• Prior familiarity with EMR/PACS solutions is a plus.
• Working knowledge of clinical workflows in surgical procedures is beneficial.
• Willingness and capability to travel no more than 15% of the time.
• Compliance with relevant U.S. export-control regulations, if applicable.
