Technical Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Configure and implement Alkami Banking Products.

• Support client testing initiatives.

• Oversee specific client configurations.

• Report bugs or enhancement requests identified during the implementation process.

• Assist Client Services teams with complex or escalated issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical insights on configuration and requirements.

• Engage in client and vendor meetings to comprehend business requirements.

• Train end-users and facilitate a seamless transition to Alkami Banking Products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Relevant experience or equivalent educational background.

• 2+ years of software development or scripting experience (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript).

• 2+ years of relational database experience (e.g., Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL).

• Strong sense of urgency and ownership to drive technical challenges to completion.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.

• Preferred: A desire to continually learn and stay current with technologies.

• Preferred: Comfort in suggesting and implementing ways to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Preferred: Experience with financial or healthcare software products.

• Preferred: Familiarity with application and/or environment problem-solving.
