Senior Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the most extensive and intricate client implementations, managing them independently from the initial kickoff to stabilization.

• Propel implementation success across technical, organizational, and commercial aspects.

• Act as a strategic consultant on organizational change, training strategies, and platform adoption.

• Create and execute standardized methodologies, templates, and playbooks.

• Lead collaborative workstreams involving Product, Engineering, and Solutions Consulting teams.

• Function as an escalation contact for projects that are high-risk or of significant impact.

• Analyze root causes, facilitate resolutions, and maintain client relationships.

• Identify and manage implementation health metrics.

• Utilize data to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction throughout the portfolio.

• Provide informal mentorship to implementation managers.

• Advocate for the adoption of AI and tools within the implementation function.

• Share effective AI applications and best practices with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.

• Proven track record of owning the most complex client engagements in your portfolio.

• Extensive knowledge in enterprise implementation strategies, change management, and organizational transformation.

• History of designing processes or frameworks that have significantly enhanced delivery speed, consistency, or client satisfaction across a team.

• Capability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex, politically sensitive organizational dynamics.

• In-depth familiarity with construction finance and lending workflows, including draw management, lien waivers, compliance tracking, loan administration, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience with methodologies for enterprise software implementation.

• Orientation as a subject matter expert.

• Ability to utilize AI tools for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, workflow automation, decision-making, and strategic insights.
