Implementation Consultant II, Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate implementations for clients including owners, developers, and general contractors, while managing project scope, risks, and timelines.

• Facilitate discovery and planning sessions with stakeholders from client organizations.

• Convert strategic business objectives and workflows into actionable implementation plans.

• Handle escalations and resolve significant client issues effectively.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and standardization.

• Document repeatable solutions and disseminate them to the wider team.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance implementation efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Monitor and report on implementation metrics, insights, and lessons learned.

• Utilize data to identify patterns and drive improvements.

• Employ AI tools to expedite project planning, enhance client communication, and identify risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, professional services, or enterprise project delivery.

• Strong preference for candidates with construction industry experience, including roles with owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, or construction technology firms.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple concurrent client implementations on schedule and at a high standard.

• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.

• Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and managing challenging conversations.

• Proven history of identifying improvements in implementation processes.

• Familiarity with construction project and financial workflows, including project setup, project financials, payables, lien waivers, project controls, or coordination with subcontractors/vendors.

• Experience with various implementation methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.

• Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and apply them effectively.

• Skill in leveraging AI tools for drafting, analysis, summarization, problem-solving, automation, and strategic insights.
