Revenue Cycle Implementation Manager – DME/Infusion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process of new clients to Prochant's revenue cycle management services.

• Introduce new processes for current clients.

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects to ensure they are completed successfully, on time, within scope, and on or under budget.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication to facilitate the adoption of best practices.

• Collaborate with client teams, IT, domestic and offshore operations, regulatory compliance, and account management.

• Direct and coordinate offshore agents in accordance with Prochant's best practices.

• Address the unique requirements of U.S.-based clients.

• Ensure that billing, operations, cash flow, and quality patient care are uninterrupted during transitions.

• Align all critical path elements for scheduled go-lives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or knowledge in DME/HME, Infusion, or Home Health industries.

• Familiarity with billing systems, including Brightree, CareTend, Niko, or TIMS.

• Experience in project management.

• Exceptional time management skills with the capability to multitask and prioritize independently.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

• Comfortable presenting to small to mid-sized groups.
