Captive Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the project management of new captive business implementations as well as specific renewal tasks.

• Direct the launch of new captive insurance entities, guiding them from initial engagement to regulatory approval and formal closure.

• Grasp regulatory obligations to ensure timely and precise submissions to Departments of Insurance.

• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries during the onboarding process.

• Collaborate with external service providers, cross-functional team members, and clients to manage critical implementation tasks.

• Prepare, distribute, and monitor captive-specific technical insurance documentation.

• Assess documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Convey technical regulatory requirements to clients and brokers effectively.

• Compile and submit captive insurance licensing application packages.

• Oversee the captive application processes to meet material requirements.

• Identify when renewal notifications or amendments are necessary and communicate the submission requirements.

• Draft and submit renewal notifications and amendments.

• Maintain databases for case tracking and client files.

• Complete designated projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector focused on financial services.

• Experience with captive insurance is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

• Strong interpersonal abilities to foster and sustain relationships with clients, advisors, service providers, and colleagues.

• Capability to perform under tight deadlines and in high-pressure settings.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, and project management tracking tools.
