Technical Field Service Representative – SHEV & Ventilation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage and secure new technical clients, emphasizing consulting and needs evaluation.

• Deliver expert advice on solutions related to smoke and heat exhaust ventilation (SHEV) systems.

• Execute site assessments and evaluate existing systems.

• Spot maintenance, service, and optimization opportunities.

• Foster and enhance relationships with current customers.

• Collaborate closely with Service, Engineering, and Inside Sales teams.

• Keep organized documentation in the CRM and formulate actions for territory growth.

• Provide solutions for malfunctioning smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems.

• Enroll new maintenance sites into the customer portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical vocational education (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, or HVAC/plumbing) or commercial training paired with further technical qualifications.

• Background as a service technician, applications engineer, technical field service representative, or in technical sales.

• Passion for innovation and a strong sense of ownership.

• Capability to articulate technical concepts clearly and enjoy direct interaction with customers.

• Methodical, independent, and solution-focused work style.

• Proficient in using CRM systems, tablets, and mobile devices.

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
