Technical Deployment Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead transformative AI initiatives from concept to implementation.

• Schedule milestones, oversee dependencies, pinpoint risks, and synchronize stakeholders.

• Translate strategic AI objectives into detailed program plans with timelines, responsible parties, success metrics, and decision gates.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor partners while addressing obstacles.

• Guarantee that AI solutions facilitate adoption, usability, and operational readiness for field technicians, engineers, and operations teams.

• Integrate AI governance through validation frameworks, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and rollback strategies.

• Establish KPIs such as FTE avoidance, cycle-time reduction, and error-rate enhancement.

• Present program results to leadership.

• Navigate shared resource limitations, inter-program dependencies, and external challenges across simultaneous initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years in technical program management or technical leadership roles overseeing intricate, multi-team projects.

• Proven capability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs, monitor deliverables across teams, hold stakeholders accountable, and make decisions in uncertain situations.

• History of delivering internal tools, platforms, or automation systems that have been embraced by other teams.

• Practical understanding of AI/ML integration into operational processes, including data quality, model outputs, and automation limitations.

• Knowledge of automation design patterns and safety considerations, such as human-in-the-loop gates, output validation, and autonomy risk evaluation.

• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and engaging in technical discussions regarding APIs, data pipelines, system integrations, and deployment architectures.

• Ability to distill complex technical programs into leadership updates and facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders.

• Preferred: experience leading AI/ML initiatives from start to finish.

• Preferred: experience in product or platform ownership.

• Preferred: knowledge of data validation and challenges related to cross-system consistency.

• Preferred: experience with large-scale infrastructure lifecycle programs.

• Preferred: experience with phased rollout strategies.

• Preferred: skills in capacity planning, resource orchestration, or integrating supply/demand signals.

• Preferred: familiarity with MLOps concepts, including model versioning, training pipelines, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Preferred: enablement of field operations; experience with AR/IoT is a plus.

• Preferred: embedded collaboration within a large technology organization and coordination with vendors and partners.
