Technical Delivery Manager – Technical Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete technical onboarding and configuration of Bug Bounty, Vulnerability Disclosure, and/or Pentest programs for both new and existing clients.

• Direct the ongoing execution of technical programs through kickoff meetings, detailed walkthroughs, and regular or ad hoc program assessments.

• Act as the technical liaison during the launch of programs.

• Advise clients on vulnerability triage, communication processes, and best practices for integration.

• Offer practical assistance for pentest or bounty initiatives and guarantee timely delivery.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Experience Managers and sales teams to ensure that technical delivery meets customer expectations.

• Create and enhance onboarding playbooks, technical documentation, and enablement resources.

• Collaborate with delivery team members to contribute to the success of projects.

• Engage in problem-solving discussions and proactively pinpoint potential issues.

• Support the continuous enhancement of delivery processes to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

• Provide proactive updates on status and manage expectations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee program timelines and dependencies, identifying and addressing potential delays.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position such as implementation, solutions architecture, technical program management, or professional services.

• Familiarity with pentesting, bug-bounty, and red-team methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

• Experience in creating documentation and policies to support the role is preferred.

• Knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or Bash, with enough proficiency to develop simple automation tools is preferred.

• Capability to fulfill all physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

• Capability to carry or move a laptop as necessary throughout the workday.
