Technical Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide Agentic AIOps projects as the technical delivery manager.

• Monitor key milestones, integrate developed code segments, and implement multi-agent reasoning systems, dynamic agent registries, and tool-calling interfaces utilizing Google Cloud Vertex AI, MCP, and agentic frameworks.

• Direct the operational execution of enterprise observability initiatives.

• Manage telemetry ingestion, standardization of monitoring, automated alerting, and self-healing automation across multi-cloud environments.

• Develop, integrate, and roll out standardized workflows for vulnerability tracking and automated remediation.

• Collaborate with engineering, application support, data, and security teams.

• Oversee resource dependencies, address competing priorities, and ensure accountability across technical units.

• Set KPIs to assess delivery health, token usage, MTTR enhancements, and financial impact.

• Create and sustain executive reporting frameworks that measure cost savings generated by AI and automation.

• Establish executive reporting schedules, foresee bottlenecks, remove technical obstacles, and deliver actionable status updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Over 8 years of experience leading intricate technical projects, product delivery, or cloud infrastructure deployments in a global enterprise IT setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading AI/AIOps platform implementations.

• Expertise in AI concepts, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, multi-agent reasoning, tool-calling architectures, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Practical experience with enterprise monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudWatch.

• Familiarity with GCP, AWS, and CI/CD pipeline automation.

• Demonstrated capability to translate complex I&O environments into contextual schemas for AI utilization.

• Experience in establishing guardrails for data security, AI safety, and compliance.

• Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, automated testing, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and data pipeline oversight, including Snowflake/ETL validation.

• Ability to participate in internal and external meetings through video calls, as required.

• Willingness to work onsite at corporate or client locations, as needed.

• For roles requiring business travel and/or event participation: capacity to lift 25 lbs, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
