Training Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Interact with Campus Manager Trainees

• Oversee the daily operations necessary for executing training programs

• Assist trainees in establishing an entrepreneurial foundation and launching their campus enterprises

• Instruct Campus Manager Trainees on how to achieve sales

• Generate ideas that enhance the success of Campus Managers

• Gather feedback from trainees and current Campus Managers to enhance the Campus Manager experience

• Aid in the onboarding process by addressing inquiries and ensuring trainees adhere to their schedules

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience

• Willingness to work from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST)

• Capability to work remotely

• Passion for fostering student entrepreneurship and excelling in a high-performance setting

• Must be prepared to meet rigorous performance standards and accept challenges
