Voice Actor, CX Agent Voice Cloning – Spanish, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Capture high-quality voice samples across various scripts including conversational, narrative, and instructional formats.

• Provide clear, natural, and expressive speech while demonstrating mastery of tone, pacing, and pronunciation.

• Ensure consistency in voice, accent, and delivery throughout different recording sessions.

• Adhere to specific recording guidelines regarding the environment, microphone arrangement, and file formatting.

• Execute multiple takes with variations in emotion, emphasis, and style as needed.

• Contribute voice recordings for the training and evaluation of advanced text-to-speech systems.

• Supply voice recordings solely for the client's internal CX AI Agent.

• Collaborate with top AI researchers on projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker residing in Latin America.

• Should possess a neutral, internationally comprehensible Spanish accent without a strong regional influence.

• Have a clear, natural, and expressive vocal quality.

• Maintain a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a high-quality microphone, a quiet recording environment, and a pop filter.

• Exhibit a strong grasp of intonation, diction, and emotional expressiveness.

• Ability to accurately follow scripts while delivering a natural performance.

• Must be reliably available for 5–10 hours per week for the duration of the project.

• Consent to voice cloning for the client's CX AI Agent is required.

• Previous experience in voice acting, narration, or broadcasting is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is preferred.

• Capability to deliver a variety of vocal styles is preferred.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is expected.

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates will not be accommodated.
