This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Assist investors with their trading, investment, and account-related inquiries

• Guide clients through the dynamics of market activity

• Execute intricate securities transactions

• Offer educational resources to empower clients in making informed financial choices

• Provide tailored support during inbound client communications

• Foster trust and enhance client loyalty

• Recognize opportunities to introduce clients to additional products and solutions

• Utilize knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations during client interactions

• Offer trading support, education, and mentorship as part of Fidelity’s Client Services team

• Series 7 license is mandatory

• Series 63 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related domain

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry advancements

• Knowledge of securities transactions, encompassing equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals

• Capability to apply regulatory and policy guidelines while providing accurate and compliant client support

• Proficiency in guiding clients through trading and investment choices with integrity and confidence

• Consultative mindset for identifying client needs and recommending suitable offerings, support, and solutions

• Exceptional communication and active listening skills, including the ability to simplify complex investment and trading concepts

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precision

• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making capabilities

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of the designated branch locations at the time of application
