This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take full responsibility for content at Soda from start to finish
• Create a scalable content production system utilizing an engine and established workflows
• Produce various materials including the website, technical blogs, webinars, and product videos
• Gather insights from founders, customer engineers, and clients, then disseminate that knowledge widely
• Develop content pipelines that maintain unique voices while ensuring high-quality output
• Identify and rectify pipeline failures
• Write code on a daily basis without contributing to the development of Soda's product
• Cultivate a personal brand and following
• Report directly to a co-founder as part of the Growth team
• Create content aimed at technical audiences such as Staff Data Engineers and Chief Data Officers
• Proficient in writing for a technical audience and discerning quality writing
• Advanced skills in prompt engineering: creating multi-step LLM pipelines with structured outputs and evaluations
• Over 3 years of experience in developing market-ready solutions in technical content, growth engineering, marketing engineering, GTM engineering, DevRel, marketing operations, RevOps, or as a founder
• Sufficient coding ability to operate independently: knowledge of Python or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and databases
• Familiar with Claude Code, MCP servers, and agent skills
• Strong data fluency encompassing pipelines, data quality, and data warehousing
• Generalist mindset with the ability to identify and resolve constraints
• Ability to work independently in a distributed, asynchronous team across more than 12 countries
• Fluent in English
• Preferred qualifications: existing technical audience; experience in content, growth, or DevRel within the data, developer tools, or infrastructure sectors; familiarity with agentic workflows delivered to actual users; skills in shooting and editing video; experience in data quality, data management, or data observability industries
• Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 / €110,000-€120,000 annually + equity - consistent regardless of your location; no geographic pay disparities
• Fully remote work (available for US or EU-based candidates), with the option of using offices in Brooklyn
