📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend and translate both business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.

• Configure, develop, and implement capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.

• Facilitate the successful delivery of solutions.

• Assist in functional design workshops.

• Contribute to design specifications based on both out-of-the-box functionality and customer needs.

• Play a role in technical delivery, which includes configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

• Work in conjunction with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams on client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions.

• Engage in hands-on technical implementation utilizing HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations such as Web Services, SOAP, Email, and MID Server.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Practical experience in design, development, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform (approximately 18-36 months), or 3+ years of experience with comparable ITSM tools.

• Experience in delivering creative solutions to business challenges and familiarity with IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators.

• Strong understanding and experience with HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX.

• Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using web services, SOAP, email, MID, and plugins.

• Knowledge of LDAP, VPN, SSL, and similar technologies.

• Capability to produce both technical and customer-facing documentation.

• Preferred qualifications in ITSM and CMDB.

• ITSM CMDB CSA certification is preferred.
