Technical Consultant – ServiceNow, App Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in digital transformation initiatives

• Develop and improve ITSM processes within large corporate settings

• Implement, configure, and provide continuous support for ServiceNow ITSM

• Collaborate with the Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLA modules

• Convert business needs into technical solutions on the platform

• Take part in agile ceremonies, client workshops, and design solutions

⛳️ Requirements

• CIS certification in ITSM

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work within multidisciplinary teams

• Experience with integrations, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules

• Background in enterprise projects or consultancy

• Familiarity with other ServiceNow suites, such as CSM, HRSD, and FSM

• Practical experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow ITSM

• Experience with the Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, Service Catalog, and SLA modules

• Ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions on the platform
