This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Deliver pre- and post-sale technical assistance in Routing/Switching and Wireless.
• Advise, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain ownership of new HPM solutions team services for key clients within the Virginia Zone.
• Offer technical recommendations aligned with customer needs.
• Facilitate the transition from a break-fix operational model to a customer-solutions-oriented operational model.
• Propel continuous enhancement of implementation methodologies and service offerings.
• Assist in executing service strategies aimed at fostering customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with clinical, sales, and service teams, as well as various internal and external stakeholders.
• Organize project resources and tasks to ensure focus on customer deliverables.
• Complete timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, FCOs, preventative maintenance, installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork.
• Comply with Philips, State, and Federal regulatory standards and established training, quality, and safety protocols.
• Install intricate, multi-phased systems that involve IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment.
• Construct, deploy, and/or integrate solutions in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
• Assess system configurations for implementation feasibility and performance.
• Identify and resolve electronic, networking, and mechanical issues.
• Travel throughout the designated geography, with an average daily driving time of 2–5 hours and travel potentially exceeding 75%; overnight, air, and train travel may be necessary.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in IT technologies or the electronics sector.
• Preferably experienced in a field or hospital-based service environment.
• Highly preferred experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators.
• Proficient in network configuration and/or troubleshooting.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification, or the ability to obtain it within 4 months of starting employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or a related field.
• Capable of meeting the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental demands for the Field Service position, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work in an office/home office, remote setting, and in a hospital/healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime, weekends, and on-call rotations.
• Capability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment.
• US work authorization is required; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
• Must live in or within commuting distance to Richmond, VA or Raleigh, NC.
