This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Develop mobile-responsive HTML emails, HTML blocks, and Content Blocks from the ground up using HTML and CSS.
• Create In App Messages based on templates.
• Configure basic Liquid personalization and utilize Catalog use cases.
• Establish and configure fundamental Canvas and Campaign workflows.
• Execute quality assurance processes across various email clients and troubleshoot rendering issues, including dark mode, Outlook, mobile, font fallbacks, and image blocking.
• Document QA results and retest issues post-resolution.
• Work with Litmus, manage Braze segments, oversee link management, utilize Inbox Vision, templates, and configure global footers.
• Generate solution documentation, technical requirements documents, and QA documentation.
• Engage in client discovery sessions, pose clarifying questions, and document requirements.
• Manage time effectively to achieve billable targets of 36+ hours weekly.
• Travel up to 20% for client meetings, workshops, and onsite engagements.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects on data and segmentation, as well as Project Managers on timelines and scope.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS for mobile-responsive email development—capable of building from scratch rather than merely modifying templates.
• Experience in troubleshooting email rendering issues: dark mode, Outlook, mobile, font fallbacks, and image blocking.
• Comfortable working in code editors (such as VS Code, Cursor, or similar) and using browser developer tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset—testing your own work before submission.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; adjust tone based on the audience.
• Build trust through reliability and effective execution.
• Ask clarifying questions prior to building and link tasks to broader project objectives.
• Identify issues early and navigate through problems using established methods.
• Take initiative without requiring follow-up.
• Seek feedback from Senior Technical Producers and share insights with the team.
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing technology consulting or relevant experience in email marketing or campaign development.
• Familiarity with Braze, particularly skilled in email creation using Braze’s Drag and Drop Editor, is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for AI development tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Trae, and Aider.
• Experience in client-facing roles within an agency or consultancy is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada without the need for visa sponsorship.
