This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete production and publication process of web pages, landing pages, campaign experiences, product content, customer stories, forms, and associated digital materials.
• Convert approved briefs, copy, creative assets, and business requirements into organized web experiences utilizing established templates and components.
• Create production schedules, manage dependencies, and supervise web deliverables through review, approval, publication, and post-launch validation phases.
• Construct and update intricate web pages within the content management system in accordance with publishing protocols, brand standards, and digital governance criteria.
• Execute quality assurance testing across supported devices and browsers, ensuring content, links, layout, forms, metadata, accessibility, and responsive behavior meet standards.
• Implement SEO, accessibility, analytics, privacy, and content governance practices throughout the production lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product marketing, communications, SEO, analytics, and development teams.
• Manage web production for campaign launches, website updates, content migrations, localization workflows, and urgent updates.
• Evaluate website data and stakeholder feedback to suggest enhancements to content quality, usability, conversion performance, and production workflows.
• Identify and address moderately complex publishing issues, coordinating the escalation of technical defects to development teams.
• Mentor, coach, train, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Maintain production timelines, documentation, content inventories, status updates, and launch records.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 or more years of experience in web production, web content management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong background in utilizing an enterprise or component-based content management system.
• In-depth understanding of website architecture, page templates, components, metadata, forms, and responsive design.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS.
• Solid grasp of SEO, web analytics, accessibility standards, and website quality assurance practices.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, collaboration, and communication abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple web projects and deadlines in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to see projects through to completion with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Experience coordinating web production tasks for complex campaign launches, website updates, content migrations, and localization workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze website data and stakeholder feedback effectively.
• Experience in maintaining production schedules, documentation, content inventories, and launch records.
• Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex publishing challenges and facilitate the escalation of technical issues.
