Technical CGI Lead – Fashion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the technical pipeline, which includes tooling, automation, data flows, and standards.

• Lead the technical team while providing guidance to artists and Art Directors on optimizing workflows.

• Establish focus and direction for AI exploration initiatives.

• Proactively identify bottlenecks and transform them into scalable solutions.

• Engage hands-on when necessary and standardize successful solutions for the broader team.

• Shape the technical and production roles as the organization expands.

• Ensure that INDG’s technology remains current and competitive in the market.

• Assist in defining the digital representation of apparel, footwear, and luxury products at scale.

• Integrate CGI quality, pipeline discipline, AI exploration, and production team requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a senior technical position such as CG Supervisor, Technical Director, Pipeline Lead, or a similar role.

• Comprehensive understanding of CGI pipelines, DCC tools, rendering, and production processes.

• Scripting skills adequate to guide developers and make informed technical choices.

• Ability to think systemically combined with a hands-on approach.

• Genuine curiosity about AI and the capability to differentiate between beneficial applications and mere hype.

• Strong communication skills across artists, Art Directors, developers, and producers.

• Experience in product visualization, fashion, sportswear, or digital twins is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with tools such as C4D, Houdini, Blender, Substance, CLO3D/MD, Browzwear, Nuke, and AI applications.

• Submission of resume and cover letter in English is required.

• Possession of an EU passport or a valid permit/visa to work in the Netherlands if applying for the Amsterdam office.
