This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the entire project and delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather, document, and validate both business and technical requirements.
• Convert client needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage client expectations concerning scope, timelines, limitations, and trade-offs.
• Work in collaboration with developers, architects, and QA engineers to ensure requirements are comprehended and technically viable.
• Take part in sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and various Agile ceremonies.
• Recognize scope creep, technical hurdles, and dependency risks while suggesting solutions.
• Configure E2M2M platform modules, such as Low-Code Form Builder, Workflow Builder, and Dashboard Builder.
• Create and implement test plans, test cases, and UAT scripts.
• Organize UAT sessions, gather feedback, and facilitate issue resolution.
• Verify delivered functionality against documented requirements prior to client sign-off.
• Maintain defect logs and oversee issues until closure.
• Manage release readiness, client communications, training materials, and go-live checklists.
• Assist in deployment and monitor stability post-release.
• Document release notes, configuration guides, and end-user manuals.
• Conduct post-release client evaluations and document lessons learned.
• Collaborate with offshore teams across various time zones utilizing overlap windows and asynchronous workflows.
• Travel 25–35% to client sites, project locations, and occasional internal team meetings.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Product Analyst within a SaaS, enterprise software, or technology services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and convert business needs into implementable technical requirements.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Proficient in drafting user stories, BRDs, process flows, functional specifications, and SQL.
• Practical experience with UAT coordination and test case development.
• Comfortable working with APIs, data workflows, and configurable software platforms.
• Strong familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, or similar software.
• Capable of explaining technical limitations to non-technical clients and conveying business objectives and technical requirements to developers.
• Willingness to accommodate morning/evening meetings with offshore teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred familiarity with fields such as field operations, construction management, oil & gas, utilities, or infrastructure industries.
• Prior experience with BI/analytics tools and dashboard configuration is preferred.
• Exposure to geolocation data, mobile-first platforms, or offline-capable applications is also preferred.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certification is preferred.
• Must be a local candidate based in Tijuana, Mexico.
• Must be able to travel 25–35% to client sites, project locations, and occasional internal team meetings.
• Must be capable of sitting/standing and moving freely for up to 8 hours each day.
