Technical Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Convert business value propositions into actionable project deliverables for cross-functional teams.

• Evaluate client change requests and transform them into detailed, developer-ready requirements and estimates.

• Establish expectations and assist clients in planning software modifications to meet their business requirements.

• Educate clients on system functionalities and usage.

• Offer after-hours support for urgent client modifications and fixes when necessary.

• Facilitate conference calls and prepare executive summaries and testing plans.

• Create website mockups and document use cases along with acceptance criteria.

• Test solutions, fixes, new features, and customizations.

• Investigate complex business challenges and identify IT solutions.

• Review integration guides and specifications for third-party software.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst position.

• Proficient in English.

• Proven experience in crafting, testing, and conveying effective user stories.

• Strong background in SQL.

• Experience in data analysis and research.

• Willingness to travel to client locations as necessary.
