Business Analyst – Europe, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of dashboards related to ordering, catalog health, and customer activation, ensuring each metric has a detailed written definition.

• Identify the root causes of delayed orders, disrupted supplier integrations, and absent catalog data.

• Draft requirements and acceptance criteria for the engineering team.

• Conduct testing on delivered work.

• Provide weekly reports to product and leadership teams.

• Manage the data associated with ordering and catalog operations.

• Transform insights into clear requirements that engineering can implement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analyzing complex operational data as a business, product, or systems analyst.

• At least one year of experience in a startup or a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

• Proficient in SQL with the capability to verify results against source data.

• Experience in creating dashboards and reports.

• Excellent writing skills.

• Ability to navigate problems from identification to resolution, leading to measurable outcomes.

• Comfortable collaborating with operations and vendor teams.

• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to assess their outputs.

• Fluent in both English and Russian.

• Available to work from 9 AM to 5 PM US Central Time.

• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, procurement, or supply chain is a plus.

• Background in healthcare supplies is a plus.
