Technical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Deliver real-time operational assistance to field technicians during installation, repair, and service assurance tasks.

• Address issues related to facilities, provisioning, and inventory.

• Act as the main point of contact for incoming calls and chats from internal teams and field staff.

• Assist with processing service orders, resolving fallout, and handling inquiries about completion status.

• Maintain, validate, and update Quantum Fiber inventory and facility records within designated provisioning and inventory systems.

• Collaborate with Field Operations and other operational teams to address intricate service or network challenges.

• Record actions and updates in systems designated by the Client.

⛳️ Requirements

• A wired Ethernet connection for high-speed Internet; Wi-Fi, Satellite, or Hotspot connections are not acceptable.

• Upload speed of at least 25 Mbps.

• Download speed of at least 50 Mbps.

• Internet provider must maintain high stability with 1% or less packet loss.

• An available cell phone or tablet that meets the minimum requirements of Android 8.0 or later, or iOS 14 or later.

• Installation of the Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) application is required by Qualfon IT.

• Residency in the State of Idaho is mandatory.
