This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Ensure the ongoing development and enhancement of Swisscom’s spatial infrastructure throughout Switzerland.
• Collaborate closely with project coordination and space planning to effectively plan capacity.
• Oversee investment and operating costs, which includes forecasting, volume planning, and lifecycle management.
• Establish management protocols for requirements pertaining to business-critical infrastructure.
• Coordinate operating expenses across various technical disciplines.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships, which encompasses price negotiations, contract drafting, audits, and KPI monitoring.
• Lead and participate in projects related to space infrastructure, finance, and partner management.
• Share accountability for achieving schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• A commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or a degree in Business Administration from a university, university of applied sciences, or higher technical college.
• Additional education in Facility Management or Real Estate Management from a university of applied sciences or higher technical college is a plus.
• Several years of experience in real estate management, space management, or technical property management.
• Proven experience with budget responsibility, cost control, lifecycle management, and volume planning.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Familiarity with business software (ERP) or real estate solutions is advantageous.
• A self-motivated, structured, and quality-focused work approach.
• Flexibility and readiness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.
• Strong communication skills with a confident demeanor when engaging with executives, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Enjoys working collaboratively across functions; highly team-oriented and capable of managing conflicts constructively.
• Curious and dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of processes and standards.
• Proficient in German and good in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of French is an advantage.
