This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist internal teams, clients, and third-party entities in integrating with the SeatGeek platform.
• Ensure alignment of requirements with the suitable integration strategy.
• Facilitate technical onboarding while acting as a subject matter expert on SeatGeek’s integrations, APIs, and platform functionalities.
• Guide the discovery process for third-party integrations, API specifications, and technical change requests.
• Collect requirements, evaluate solution compatibility, detect gaps, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Oversee third-party integration solutions and associated technical processes.
• Collaborate with external partners and client-facing teams on configurations and intricate technical scenarios.
• Work alongside Solutions Architecture, Product, and Engineering teams on new requests and product modifications.
• Assist in the delivery, rollout, validation, testing, and documentation of new features.
• Manage technical access and provisioning workflows, including Developer Portal, Ringside, Native Access Control, SDK, and OAuth credentials.
• Provide ongoing support for technical onboarding and ownership for Ringside and similar access patterns.
• Evaluate scripts, workarounds, technical deficiencies, potential issues, and unique scenarios; offer recommendations and approvals when necessary.
• Develop and maintain documentation, blueprints, templates, onboarding notes, and process guides.
• Share product and integration expertise with Support, Implementations, and other client-facing teams.
• Standardize and enhance integration, onboarding, and repeatable support processes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical solutions, implementation, architecture, or integration-focused role.
• At least 5 years of experience in client-facing positions.
• Familiarity with APIs, technical authentication and credentialing workflows, and third-party system integrations.
• Proficient in writing and maintaining technical documentation, process notes, or implementation guidance.
• Capability to evaluate requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Experience in a remote, geographically dispersed, and cross-functional work environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ticketing technology and the larger platform or integration ecosystem that supports live event operations.
• Industry expertise in businesses focused on sports and entertainment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-driven, and conscientious attitude.
• Analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
