This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the main system administrator and owner of athenahealth’s Agiloft CLM platform.
• Oversee user administration, configuration, permissions, governance, workflows, approvals, templates, clause libraries, and automation rules.
• Design and implement features, enhancements, releases, and optimizations for workflows.
• Ensure the platform operates efficiently, reliably, and maintains data integrity, scalability, and auditability.
• Offer end-user support, training, and handle issue triage and resolution.
• Collaborate with Legal Operations and business stakeholders to create scalable contract workflows.
• Enhance contract intake, tracking, approval routing, reporting, automation, and cycle times.
• Manage integrations between Agiloft and Salesforce, ERP systems, ServiceNow, and document storage solutions.
• Work with IT and vendors to uphold APIs and data flows.
• Serve as a liaison among Legal, Procurement, Sales Operations, IT, and other business units.
• Collect and convert business requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
• Create dashboards and reports on contract metrics, including cycle time, volume, and bottlenecks.
• Provide insights that support legal operations and facilitate executive decision-making.
• Gain familiarity with Harvey and ServiceNow, contributing to a cohesive legal systems ecosystem.
• Over 3 years of experience in administering Agiloft CLM or a comparable contract lifecycle management platform.
• Strong practical experience with workflow configuration, business rules, forms, and automation.
• Background in supporting contract management or legal operations processes.
• Demonstrated capability to manage system configurations and provide end-user support in a SaaS environment.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data synchronization across enterprise platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce, and AI-driven legal tools like Harvey is preferred.
• Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or data analysis tools such as Excel or Power BI is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to comprehend relational data concepts and apply logical query construction and rule-based automation.
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on scalability, governance, accuracy, and auditability.
• Self-motivated with an ownership mindset and a readiness to expand into broader legal technology responsibilities.
