This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with clients to strategize, design, implement, and configure Claroty’s solutions to fulfill technical and business goals while delivering measurable value.
• Act as the main technical liaison, responsible for managing technical requirements and ensuring they align with industry best practices.
• Offer continuous technical support, including architectural advice and optimization strategies to enhance product adoption and performance.
• Proactively pinpoint risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within customer environments.
• Convert customer feedback, industry trends, and field insights into actionable recommendations for the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Create technical documents, documentation, playbooks, and best practices to facilitate deployments and improve service delivery.
• Assist with escalations and intricate technical issues in collaboration with the Support and R&D teams.
• Lead high-level technical discussions and present strategic roadmaps that align with customers’ cybersecurity and operational objectives.
• Travel up to 30% for on-site engagements, workshops, and strategic meetings.
• Over 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Network Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical positions.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and German (written and spoken) is essential.
• Extensive knowledge of IT networking; previous experience as a Network Architect is highly advantageous.
• Strong grasp of networking standards and protocols, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, and segmentation principles.
• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments and industrial networks is a significant benefit.
• Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure network architecture.
• CCNA and/or CCNP certification is a considerable asset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Customer-focused mindset with the capacity to foster trusted, long-lasting partnerships.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
