This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Take ownership of post-sales relationships as the primary contact and technical consultant.
β’ Collaborate with Account Executives on upselling, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
β’ Establish connections and align executives with customer advocates.
β’ Execute Quarterly Business Reviews with key strategic clients.
β’ Develop measurable customer success strategies.
β’ Oversee technical onboarding for new enterprise clients from initial setup to full integration.
β’ Configure Socket across CI/CD systems, build pipelines, integrated development environments (IDEs), and internal tools in partnership with engineering teams.
β’ Create repeatable onboarding playbooks, scripts, and automation processes to enhance time-to-value.
β’ Investigate and resolve issues related to integration, configuration, and compatibility.
β’ Address customer inquiries in designated Slack channels.
β’ Utilize logs and telemetry to determine root causes and document solutions.
β’ Escalate technical issues to the Engineering team and ensure follow-through until resolution.
β’ Conduct discovery sessions to comprehend customer objectives and use cases.
β’ Convert complex product features into practical, developer-friendly insights.
β’ Perform architecture evaluations and security posture assessments.
β’ Facilitate workshops, office hours, and in-depth sessions that promote adoption.
β’ Provide technical feedback and field insights to Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Highlight trends that inform roadmap priorities.
β’ Contribute to documentation and internal tools to enhance the Technical Success practice.
β’ A minimum of 4 years in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer, or similar).
β’ At least 2 years serving as the primary contact for customers, focusing on quarterly health assessments and overall success.
β’ Expertise in Application Security, DevSecOps, package management, open-source ecosystems, Linux systems administration, networking, firewalls, or Docker.
β’ Familiarity with developer tools and CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.
β’ Proficiency in reading and interpreting JavaScript, Python, and TypeScript code.
β’ Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integration methodologies.
β’ Comfortable troubleshooting in production environments alongside engineering teams.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills with developers, security professionals, and executives.
β’ Openness to travel for customer and company meetings as necessary.
β’ Experience with large enterprise accounts, complex technical landscapes, and dependency ecosystems is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with Software Composition Analysis (SCA), dependency management, or security scanning tools is a plus.
β’ Contributions to open-source projects are desirable.
