This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the complete customer lifecycle, starting from deployment initiation through to go-live, continuous operations, and eventual renewal.
β’ Act as the main technical liaison for enterprise accounts.
β’ Cultivate relationships with security leadership, engineering teams, and IT operations departments.
β’ Oversee the planning and execution of deployments, which includes onboarding data sources, validating integrations, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
β’ Assist customers in operationalizing vulnerability management workflows within Cogent, focusing on asset identification, configuring risk scores, prioritizing remediation, and generating compliance reports.
β’ Navigate through customer security environments across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-premises infrastructures.
β’ Comprehend how scanning tools like Tenable, Qualys, and Wiz integrate with Cogent.
β’ Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, enhancing ARR and boosting net revenue retention.
β’ Convert customer feedback and field insights into actionable product enhancements in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
β’ Develop standardized deployment playbooks and onboarding frameworks to expedite customer time-to-value.
β’ Expertise in vulnerability management, encompassing CVE workflows, remediation procedures, risk prioritization, and exposure mitigation.
β’ A minimum of 3 years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Technical Customer Success Manager, Solutions Engineer, or a similar position.
β’ Strong technical understanding when discussing scanning infrastructure, cloud environments, API integrations, and data pipelines.
β’ Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, building relationships with security engineers, IT operations, and executive stakeholders.
β’ Manage ownership throughout the entire account lifecycle, including deployment, adoption, retention, and growth.
β’ Utilize a consultative approach to account management, focusing on a concentrated portfolio of business.
β’ Experience with enterprise customers, especially in regulated sectors like financial services or healthcare.
β’ Background in early-stage companies, particularly in developing or scaling a customer success or Technical Account Management function.
β’ Proven experience managing ARR between $1β10M+, with demonstrated net revenue retention exceeding 90%.
β’ Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and FFIEC.
β’ Working knowledge of CMDB tools and enterprise asset management practices.
β’ Must reside in the United States as specified by the Remote US location requirement.
