This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
β’ Act as a reliable technical consultant throughout your customers' journey with Wiz.
β’ Assist customers in creating success plans that include measurable objectives.
β’ Engage in value-driven discussions with customer executives.
β’ Oversee a portfolio of clients and contribute to revenue goals.
β’ Create documentation and provide mentorship to fellow Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
β’ 5-8 years of experience in roles that involve direct technical customer interaction.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
β’ In-depth knowledge of cloud services and architecture from at least two Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
β’ Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, advanced threat models, and intricate CNAPP use cases.
β’ Hands-on experience in deploying and operationalizing container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
β’ Outstanding problem-solving capabilities.
β’ A demonstrated history of managing a portfolio with over five complex enterprise clients.
β’ Advanced skills in utilizing data and systems to assess customer health.
