This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the territory that align with business goals.
• Identify and pursue new business prospects within both existing and potential accounts.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting to contract negotiations and order placement.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, operational leaders, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Manage and expand current customer accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Comprehend customer manufacturing processes to identify applications for technical ceramic products.
• Assist with product trials, evaluations, and implementation efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, customer service, and other internal departments to provide customer solutions.
• Track market trends, customer activities, and competitive developments.
• Maintain precise records of customers and opportunities in CRM systems, and provide regular sales forecasts.
• Support pricing, quotations, and contract processes.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory, approximately 75% of the time.
• Demonstrated success in industrial B2B sales, account management, and business development.
• Experience in selling technical, engineered, industrial, refractory, ceramic, thermal processing, metals, or manufacturing-related solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to grasp customer manufacturing processes and convey technical concepts effectively.
• Proven ability to build credibility with engineers, plant managers, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers.
• Self-driven with strong skills in territory planning, problem-solving, and organization.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be accepted.
• Preferred experience working with customers in steel, heat treatment, foundry, glass, industrial furnace, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR (22 CFR 120.15), which includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or other protected individuals.
