This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
β’ Act as the main technical liaison between customer technical teams and Seeq teams.
β’ Plan and oversee the implementation of tailored solutions, best practices, and key use cases.
β’ Manage the technical setup, integration, deployment, site rollout, expansion planning, testing, and coordination.
β’ Handle urgent or complex support tickets and ensure timely resolutions in collaboration with internal Seeq teams.
β’ Coordinate customer Level 1 support with Seeq Support resources.
β’ Conduct regular technical reviews, monitor performance and availability, and initiate improvements or mitigation strategies.
β’ Work together with Customer Success and Revenue teams to facilitate renewals and recognize expansion opportunities.
β’ Develop and sustain subject-matter expertise on Seeq requirements for platforms, networks, and security.
β’ Convert Seeq product information and innovations into clear, actionable guidance for customers.
β’ Identify technical risks, recurring issues, capability gaps, and opportunities for preventive solutions, systemic fixes, platform enhancements, and feature improvements.
β’ Audit customer hardware network health, noting offline devices, slipped angles, low uptime, and connectivity challenges.
β’ Lead quarterly technical reviews that encompass uptime, support trends, configuration audit results, training gaps, and future technical plans.
β’ Contribute to the enhancement of Seeqβs TAM services, processes, and best practices through ongoing improvement and change management.
β’ 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role: Technical Account Manager, Technical CSM, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, or higher-tier Customer Support.
β’ Extensive technical knowledge of Seeq, or a comparable enterprise-level product, with a proven ability to understand its functionality across various areas while developing deeper expertise in specific components or capabilities.
β’ Proven ownership of complex enterprise or strategic accounts, serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
β’ Strong technical fluency regarding how enterprise IT ecosystems operate.
β’ Strong ownership mentality: you guide issues to resolution instead of passing them off. You take initiative without needing permission, define success criteria, and drive towards outcomes rather than merely completing tasks.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing platform analytics to inform decisions and the capability to lead executive-level discussions and cross-functional workshops with credibility.
β’ Excellent cross-functional communication skills: you can translate field operations into product requests and product changes into customer-friendly explanations.
β’ Demonstrated ability to navigate complex customer relationships: you listen to understand customer needs, tailor communication to the audience, and respond constructively in tense or high-pressure situations.
β’ Capable of effectively coordinating with customers and team members across different time zones and geographically diverse regions, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
β’ Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities: reassess plans, communicate impacts and next steps, and maintain follow-through as customer needs, product strategy, or organizational direction evolve.
β’ Bachelor's Degree required.
