This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the primary contact point, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction for your designated accounts.
• Proactively address technical issues in line with customer business priorities to prevent critical operational situations.
• Function as the first escalation point for customer technical inquiries, coordinating and driving resolution efforts.
• Provide recommendations on how new and existing features can be integrated within customers’ environments, offering best practices and guidance.
• Cultivate and enhance client relationships by understanding business needs to proactively support and maximize customer success.
• Conduct regular checkpoint and status calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Create and develop technical account management strategy documents based on customer analysis and assessments.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in a technical customer-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Background in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Professional Services.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong skills in account management, customer service, and project management.
• Problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude that enable quick adaptation to new situations and learning.
• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise technologies and integration strategies for application deployment in Enterprise and/or SaaS environments.
• Experience with both MS Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML-powered tools or generative AI applications that support customer success or data operations.
• ETL/ELT experience with third-party data integration technologies (Redpoint Data Management, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, Matillion, Alteryx, Informatica, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Redpoint Global applications.
