This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a pivotal role as a post-sales technical leader, tasked with ensuring the successful adoption, scaling, and self-sufficiency of advanced software solutions, including Mendix, Graph Studio, AI Cloud, and SAS Language Compiler tools.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customer stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects, acting as their strategic technical advisor.
• Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and Partner Managers to synchronize technical adoption and growth priorities.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer architecture, providing guidance on product integration.
• Create and manage Customer Adoption Plans that align with customer strategies, ensuring ongoing progress and alignment.
• Facilitate technical kickoffs and adoption enablement initiatives (e.g., workshops, account reviews) to promote customer self-sufficiency.
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are encouraged.
• Proven experience in technical customer management, consultancy, presales, or comparable roles within the software or technology sectors.
