This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.
β’ Oversee both standard and tailored customer integration implementations.
β’ Set up and provide support for SSO, SAML, SCIM, and JIT provisioning.
β’ Execute customer identity migrations following the launch.
β’ Coordinate custom API integration projects alongside customers and the Engineering team.
β’ Manage timelines for technical implementations and ensure customer satisfaction.
β’ Deliver advanced data exchange implementations including GraphQL API, sFTP, and BigQuery Data Connector.
β’ Provide guidance to customers regarding data architecture, API best practices, reporting, and platform capabilities.
β’ Convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.
β’ Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements through integrations and automation.
β’ Assist Sales and Solutions Consulting teams during the sales process.
β’ Aid Account Managers in developing technical strategies for upsell opportunities.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and enhance the platform.
β’ Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for intricate integration and API challenges.
β’ Diagnose issues related to authentication, provisioning, API, and data synchronization.
β’ Create technical documentation and best practices for both customer-facing and internal use.
β’ Train and empower Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Consulting teams.
β’ Spearhead strategic cross-functional technical initiatives and complex implementation projects.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or a comparable customer-facing technical position within a B2B SaaS setting.
β’ Proven experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in the retail technology sector.
β’ Practical experience in implementing or supporting APIs, integrations, identity management, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
β’ Familiarity with SSO, SAML, SCIM, OAuth, or enterprise identity providers like Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Ping.
β’ Experience in delivering technical implementation or professional services engagements to customers.
β’ Strong comprehension of REST and/or GraphQL APIs, web services, authentication methods, and data exchange principles.
β’ High-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
β’ Capability to support EU and North American markets with flexibility across different time zones.
β’ Must possess legal authorization to work in Uruguay.
β’ Additional skills that are advantageous: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Ruby on Rails, modern web application architectures, BigQuery, Jira, Confluence, Metabase, and experience in the retail industry.
