📋 Description

• Deliver technical support and facilitate professional onboarding for new clients, especially international enterprise accounts.

• Convert customer needs into technical solutions and choose the suitable production facility within the Asteria Group.

• Manage test productions and customer approvals while ensuring adherence to agreed-upon quality and service standards.

• Assist Sales with intricate customer projects, technical presentations, and challenging printing issues.

• Coordinate technical projects across multiple sites and collaborate with Production, Sales, suppliers, and subject-matter experts.

• Assess new materials, printing technologies, and sustainable solutions, particularly in relation to the PPWR.

• Document and disseminate technical processes and best practices throughout the Asteria Group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in the label or printing sector, with comprehensive knowledge of diverse printing and finishing technologies.

• Background in technical account management, customer consulting, or a similar cross-functional position.

• Proven experience in managing complex, multi-site projects.

• Professional demeanor with the capability to articulate technical subjects clearly to various stakeholders.

• Independent and organized working style with a dependable approach to execution.

• Proficiency in German and very good command of English, with professional fluency in both languages.

• Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe approximately 40% of the time.
