Tech Leader – Identity Governance and Administration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategic direction and implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA/IAM) processes, ensuring a balance between security, compliance, and agility.

• Create, evaluate, and uphold policies, standards, and procedures pertaining to identity and access management.

• Foster awareness initiatives and training on IGA/IAM throughout the organization.

• Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, ISO 27001/27002, Bacen Resolution 85, and SOX regulatory standards.

• Supervise and guarantee the effectiveness of RBAC, SoD, SSO, MFA, and PAM access controls.

• Lead and address internal and external audits concerning access governance.

• Identify risks and vulnerabilities related to access and identities, recommending and implementing corrective actions.

• Oversee the access lifecycle: onboarding, internal transitions, offboarding, and regular recertifications.

• Assist in the integration and management of IAM, PAM, and CIAM tools, emphasizing operational efficiency and scalability.

• Act as a technical and strategic advisor for the Information Security team and other relevant departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in Identity and Access Management and Governance (IAM, IGA, PAM, CIAM, SSO, MFA).

• Demonstrated experience in direct leadership of IT or Information Security teams.

• Strong expertise in RBAC implementation, SoD controls, access policies, and approval workflows.

• Knowledgeable in compliance processes and security frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with identity administration, password vaulting, and PAM tools.

• Capability to perform risk assessments and lead effective action plans.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Familiarity with leading market IDM solutions, Push Security, Keeper Security, and senhasegura PAM.

• Experience with PCI-DSS audits focused on IAM controls.

• Relevant certifications or coursework in IAM, access governance, or information security (e.g., CIAM, CISM, CompTIA Security+).

• Previous experience within the fintech or financial services industry.

• Proficient in technical English.
