📋 Description

• Establish and implement the technical vision

• Design the foundational trading, risk, and settlement infrastructure

• Create robust systems for risk and margin management

• Direct the engineering and infrastructure strategy

• Set standards for security and reliability

• Collaborate closely with founders regarding product and protocol direction

• Develop the engineering organization from the ground up

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Founder, CTO, or Founding Engineer

• Proficient in Rust at an expert level — mandatory

• Strong foundation in financial and trading infrastructure

• Proven experience in building systems from inception to production and scaling them

• Comprehensive knowledge of risk, margin, trading, or financial systems

• Strong expertise in DevOps and infrastructure

• Experience with protocol security, security auditing, or blockchain infrastructure

• Capable of taking complete technical ownership at a co-founder level

• Familiarity with trading engines, financial infrastructure, risk and margin systems, market infrastructure, DeFi, derivatives, FX protocols, blockchain, smart contract infrastructure, high-performance Rust systems, security-critical financial protocols, distributed systems, or production infrastructure
