Tech Lead – TypeScript, Node.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete feature development process for a streamlined team.

• Make informed decisions balancing quick deployment with long-term code integrity.

• Produce clean, production-ready code within the full-stack TypeScript ecosystem.

• Implement custom agentic workflows, state-machine logic, and tailored RAG pipelines.

• Develop guardrails, traceability frameworks, and algorithms to assess the reliability of LLM outputs.

• Quickly transform vague concepts into functional code.

• Set up code review protocols, testing practices, and guidelines for responsible AI coding assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in TypeScript at an expert level, including Generics and Discriminated Unions.

• Extensive experience with Node.js.

• Strong skills in modern web development.

• Familiarity with SvelteKit, or experience with React/Vue, with a willingness to learn new frameworks swiftly.

• Proven history of deploying functional LLM-powered features or agents.

• Knowledge of token costs, evaluations, and prompt safety.

• Advanced daily utilization of engineering tools like Claude Code or Cursor.

• Capability to operate independently across the entire web stack.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Comfortable working in an asynchronous, highly autonomous setting.
