Tech Lead – TypeScript, Node.js, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete feature development process for a streamlined team.

• Make practical decisions balancing quick delivery with the long-term health of the codebase.

• Produce clean, production-ready code within the full-stack TypeScript framework.

• Implement custom agentic workflows, state-machine logic, and tailored RAG pipelines.

• Create guardrails, traceability frameworks, and algorithms to assess and ensure the reliability of LLM outputs.

• Quickly convert ambiguous concepts into functional code.

• Develop code review protocols, testing standards, and guidelines for ethical AI coding assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in TypeScript at an expert level, including Generics and Discriminated Unions.

• Extensive experience with Node.js.

• Strong skills in modern web development.

• Experience with SvelteKit, or familiarity with React/Vue and a quick adaptability to new frameworks.

• Proven history of launching practical LLM-driven features or agents.

• Knowledge of token costs, evaluations, and safety in prompts.

• Advanced daily usage of engineering tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Ability to work independently across the entire web stack.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Comfortable in an async-first, highly autonomous work environment.

• Must reside in Latin America, as specified in the application question and aligned with the company's focus on staffing in the region.
